It's been a minute or two here on the continental US this trip.
Three months on the West Coast playing, teaching and learning lots of AcroYoga.
One month on the East Coast visiting the people I love and sharing more AcroYoga, co-teaching and facilitating workshops in PA, NYC, MA, and ME.
This Thursday I head out to Hawaii for the month en route to Bali.
Starting at the beginning of the year I will be working and adventuring in Bali for six months with a nonprofit called Living Wisdom developing a permaculture center and also surrounding myself joyfully with yoga.
I am truly blessed and grateful for all the support that nurtures me to be able to fly and groove all around this town.
