Don't mess...

It's been a bliss-filled busy whirlwind adventure returning to the us of a.
A trip to love up my parents in Pennsylvania, visit my 102 year old grandma in Maine. Tought a weekend of workshops with the lovely AcroYoga community in and around Portland, ME with co-teacher Kara Seymour. Then I arrived to Austin, Texas to visit a few dear sister goddesses and begin my co-teaching partnership with Justin Caruso that will take us for 6 months through Latin America.
We just finished 12 hours of juicy therapeutic acroyoga and acrobatic flying within 3 days. The community here has welcomed us so warmly, with many offers of places to stay, a car to drive around, and people to dance, play, explore and eat with. We're eating lots of Tex-Mex. and trying not to make daily visits to the biggest (i think) Whole Foods in the WORLD. ...to TRY is a lie though and we definitely have bought all their varieties of stone fruits (peaches, plums, nectarines...) my favorite fruits along with the momma mango.
I'm hoping to find the farmer's markets and load up on some local organic goodness too. :)
A few days left here in Austin with hopes for some Salsa dancing, natural springs, and a visit to Sarah Graham's house which she built with strawbales. So inspiring.~

In love, light and Metta..
